Sales Assistant (M/W/D)

We are looking for our head office in Sarrebourg (France) for a :

PRODUCT MANAGER (M/W/D)

Reporting to the Sales Department Manager, you will be in charge of managing commercial relations:

• You update monitoring and control indicators
• You assist the representatives and participate in the preparations for sales meetings;
• You carry out translations
• You register and track orders
• You are in direct contact with customers (telephone, email, ...) and inform and advise them;
• You process cancellations (model and replacement)
• You manage complaints and deal with disputes (returns, shipments, delivery delays, …)
• You write circulars (sales network information);
• You analyze sales
• You manage, track and process returns and cancellations (replacement model);
• You perform the opening/closing and updates of customer and agent accounts.  

Training International trade, you are fluent in English and German.Comfortable with the use of IT tools, you master the office pack. You have sales, communication and excellent interpersonal skills.Your methodical and organizational approach, your ability to analyze and use data are essential assets to successfully carry out your mission
