RETAIL MANAGER (M/W/D)

In this position you will have the responsibility for the whole array of management aspects of our corporate stores and factory outlets in Europe. You have a year-long retail experience in the footwear or apparel industry. Ideally you ran a retail store on your own. You have a hands-on, positive attitude and are permanently in quest for improvements. Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills will make you the natural leader and motivator of the sales staff. You will ensure the application of the visual concept of MEPHISTO in our stores and finally contribute to the satisfaction of the consumer.

You will organize and oversee all store operations, supervise and guide staff, prepare and control the store's budget, monitor stock levels and purchases, analyse sales and revenue reports. You will be responsible for the merchandising and ensure the stores fulfil all legal, health and safety obligations.

In short, you will guarantee the smooth running of the operations and thus contribute to the profitable growth of our retail distribution channel. Appropriate skills in English are mandatory.
