DELIVERY AND DISPATCH
WHERE DOES MEPHISTO E-COMMERCE GMBH DELIVER TO?
MEPHISTO E-Commerce GmbH delivers to Great Britain (excluding Ireland and the Channel Islands) to any address specified by the customer when the order is placed. MEPHISTO is currently unable to deliver to Ireland and the Channel Islands. Once payment is received via credit card or PayPal, MEPHISTO E-Commerce GmbH delivers your order to any specified address – workplace, relatives, friends or neighbours. Please enter a delivery address for each order. If no delivery address is provided, delivery will be made to the address on your order. We are unable to deliver to mailboxes. The invoice is always sent to the address on your order.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Items are dispatched as a registered package. Your goods are therefore insured against damage or loss when they are sent out to you or returned to us (different to a cheaper standard package). In order to provide this service, we charge a delivery fee of £6.50 per order.
BREXIT INFORMATION
CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, FEES: Shipments to the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the parcel service. These charges are not included in the shopping cart but due once the package arrives at its destination.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
The minimum order value is £40.00.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
MEPHISTO E-Commerce GmbH requires 3-5 working days for delivery to Great Britain (excluding Ireland and the Channel Islands), if the order is made before 14:00 on a working day (Monday – Friday). MEPHISTO E-Commerce GmbH will inform you via email when your order is received and successfully processed.
WHAT DO THE COLOUR AND SIZE DETAILS NEXT TO THE PRODUCT IMAGE MEAN?
COLOURS
The colours in which the product is available are displayed by small colour illustrations to the right of the product images. All the colours displayed are available for delivery. Select a colour by clicking on the illustration.
SIZES
The sizes available are displayed in a scroll-down menu next to the product images. Sizes currently in stock can be seen at a glance. Sizes not in stock are crossed out. Please note that only the size details in the scroll-down menu show availability! Select a size by clicking on the required size in the menu.
ARE THE ITEMS I ORDER ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?
All the originally available colours and sizes are shown in the options menus. Actual availability for delivery is always displayed by the colour and size details and/or under the product image. This display is updated several times per hour with current stock information. If you select a colour/size combination which is no longer available for delivery, an error message will appear when it is transferred to your shopping basket.
ARE SOLD-OUT ITEMS EVER AVAILABLE AGAIN AT A LATER DATE?
Items may occasionally be returned by other customers. If an item has sold out in a certain colour and size, it may become available for delivery again after returns have been received. There may also be a further delivery of stock. In these cases, the sold-out item will be displayed as available again. These incidents occur rarely. However, it may be worth having another look on the MEPHISTO Online Shop.
Unfortunately, MEPHISTO E-Commerce GmbH is unable to provide reliable information on additional deliveries of stock items.
RETURN AND RIGHT TO CANCEL
1. EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT
1.1 You have the right to cancel this contract within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) without having to give any reason.
1.2 To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the model cancellation form as set out in the box below, but it is not obligatory.

1.5 To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
2. CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
2.1 If you choose to exercise your right to cancel, we will reimburse you for the payment made, including shipping costs (excluding other charges paid or any supplementary delivery costs paid when you have selected a different delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
2.2 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
(a) fourteen days following the date on which we received back from you any goods supplied;
(b) (if earlier) fourteen days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.
2.3 We will use the same payment method that was used by you in order to make the reimbursement, except where you expressly agree to an alternative method. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
2.4 You must send or return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you communicated your desire to cancel the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
2.5 Please note that returns are no longer free of charge. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We kindly ask you to send your returns back at your own cost following the steps explained here:

2.6 You are only liable for damage to the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and correct operation of the goods.
2.7 If you are deemed to be liable, this will result in an invoice for all fees and costs that is payable on receipt.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Dear customer,
One of the major impacts of Brexit has been on carriers: this affects both deliveries and returns. There continue to be increased and extra costs and delays.
We have been forced to react to this in the best interest of our customers. Please note that, with immediate effect, returns are no longer free of charge.
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges including any duties or taxes and should expect some delays.
When you wish to return an item please follow these steps:
- Fill out the return form (included in your order package) for the items you wish to return and put this page into the original parcel.
- Attach to the parcel an adhesive transparent envelope with : a copy of the invoice and the customs declaration form CN22 (if the value of the goods you wish to return is less than £270) or the customs declaration form CN23 (in the case the value exceeds £270).
- Clearly and legibly write RETURN on the package and indicate the invoice number.
- Choose the parcel service that works best for you (use a trackable method to mail your return).
- Don't forget to sufficiently stamp your package or fully pay for it
IMPORTANT: We can only accept returns that contain all necessary documents, that are fully paid and for which all extra charges have been paid.
If these steps are not respected there will be delays in the return process, as the returned items will be sent back to you by the carrier.
