»A new collaboration between Mephisto and FUTUR, it also involved the Japanese label Mountain Research. The result of this triple collaboration is a pair of revisited Mephisto Barracuda shoes. Mr Kobayashi, the designer behind Mountain Research, is a big fan of this model. So the FUTURA Mountain Bakhou, the name of this new model, is a wink and a tribute to the pairs of mountain and hiking boots made by the Alsatian brand in the 80s and 90s.«
